Thanks to its traditional ambience the house feels very comfortable with its terra cotta flooring throughout, white-washed walls, natural stones and wooden beams. The three open fireplaces and a comfortable gas central heating system ensure the house is kept warm even during the cooler months of the year. The gas boiler was replaced in 2016.
Spacious terraces surround the house and a summer kitchen with brickwork BBQ and pizza oven invites for outdoor dining. The surrounding 2,000 m2 grounds are planted with mature oak trees. Parking spaces are located on the grounds.
