Location 

The luxury villa “Acqua alla Gola” is the perfect starting point for excursions to the coast or the beautiful Ligurian hinterland. The Côte d’Azur with Monte Carlo, Nice and Cannes is only a 1 to 2 hour car journey away. For sport enthusiasts there are Tennis and Paddle courts in Dolceacqua, San Romolo awaits with Mini Golf and the 18-hole golf course in Sanremo is roughly 40 minutes away. The nearest beaches in the coastal villages Vallecrosia and Bordighera as well as the refreshing mountain rivers near Rocchetta Nervina and Castel Vittorio invite for refreshing swims and dips.

The country villa is located between Dolceacqua and Perinaldo and connected by a typically Ligurian mountain road. The final 600 m are left as dirt track, not suitable for low lying cars. Parking spaces are available on the grounds.

The picturesque village Dolceacqua offers an excellent infra structure with a selection of very good restaurants, shopping facilities, banks, post office, a pharmacy and medical services open for business throughout the year. Perinaldo occupies a majestic spot at 572 m above sea level and is known for its authentic village character with small shops, cafés, restaurants and the international music festival during the summer.

The international airport Nice can be reached within the hour.
