The olive grove measures 4,609 qm and is laid out in gently sloping terraces. Thanks to the southerly orientation it enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the year and enjoys views over the wide valley, the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean Sea glittering on the horizon.
A natural 33 qm stone house standing on the grounds and awaiting demolition, can be rebuilt on the same spot or elsewhere on the grounds. The building index allocated to the grounds allows for an extension by a further 40 qm living space. To create a larger dwelling (up to 170 qm living space and 125 qm usage space) an index piece of land of 10,320 qm could be purchased for an additional 25,000 Euro.
All connections for water and electricity are in the neighbourhood and can easily be connected.
