This unique town palais in the heart of Perinaldo is a jewel for those who appreciate historic properties. The village

Perinaldo is majestically located some 572m above sea level and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland. The beaches of Bordighera are some 20 minutes away; Sanremo, Menton and Monte Carlo are 50 minutes down the road. The international airport Nice can be reached within the hour. The lively village benefits from a good infra structure with small shops, a pharmacy, post office, cafés and restaurants. During the summer months the international music festival attracts visitors from all over the region.
