Heating is provided by a pellet stove in the living room, hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and cooking is done using bottled gas. Also included in the sale is a small cellar/storage room located in the building opposite.

Apricale is a romantic and wonderfully peaceful mountain village surrounded by olive groves and forests. The village has a well-preserved infrastructure and hosts various cultural exhibitions and events throughout the year, highlighted by the famous theatre festival in August. Despite its tranquil setting, the lively coastal towns of Bordighera and Ventimiglia can be reached in about 25 minutes. Sanremo, as well as the French towns of Menton, Nice, and Monte Carlo, are approximately one hour away by car.
