A well-kept lawn with swimming pool is right outside the house and invites guests to lounge in the sun and enjoy the wide panoramic views over the Maritime Alps and the sea. The spacious living space is split over two levels. The house entrance is on the middle floor level; so are the living room with open fireplace, the open-plan kitchen, dining room and two shower rooms. On the lower floor level are the master bedroom, a shower room and the Finnish sauna with relaxation area. The converted attic provides one studio room (double bed) and one twin bedroom. An open staircase leads from the living room into the attic. The overall equipment of the house is of a high standard and all furniture has been tastefully selected. Near the swimming pool is also a steam room, a shower and changing rooms. Off-street parking is available on the grounds.
