The house is situated some 40 minutes away from Sanremo, 20 minutes from Bordighera and some 50 minutes away from the Côte d’Azur with Monaco and the international airport Nice. The Sanremo Golf Course and the skiing resort Limone/Piemont are conveniently close and the nearest yachting harbours are in Bordighera, Ventimiglia, Sanremo or the French town of Menton. Dolceacqua offers an intact infra structure with a selection of restaurants, shopping facilities, tennis and padel courts.
