This beautiful village house is located in the romantic mountain village Apricale, some 20 minutes away from the Ligurian coast with Bordighera and Ventimiglia and one hour’s drive away from Nice airport. Apricale has a good infra structure with a wide range of restaurants, cafés, food shops, a post office and a pharmacy. This natural stone house has been renovated only a few years ago and old design features have been successfully combined with modern comfort. The 55 qm living space are split over three levels with a 6 qm storage cellar room situated in the house opposite. Due to its position on a gently sloping hill, the main entrance is on the house’s middle floor level. On this floor is also the country house kitchen with dining area and balcony.
