This traditional Ligurian village house nestling in the historic village centre of Apricale benefits from light flooded rooms thanks to its south-westerly orientation. The view stretches over the surrounding hilltops and the mountain village Perinaldo.
The 100 qm living space are arranged over three floor levels. The ground floor entrance opens into a spacious hall with access to one bathroom and one bedroom. An open staircase connects with a generously proportioned first floor landing with another bathroom and one bedroom. The staircase then leads up to the second floor which accommodates the living/dining room with open fireplace, the kitchen and a storage room. Two French windows open out from the living room onto the 11 qm roof covered terrace.
The house was built in the early 1990-ies and is of good built quality. All floors feature terra cotta coloured tiles, the wooden windows are insulated and the heating boiler (communal gas) will be replaced by the end of 2022. The house is located in the car free village centre but can be accessed directly for loading and unloading purposes.
The romantic mountain village Apricale is situated some 25 minutes land inwards from the coastal resorts Bordighera and Ventimiglia and is known for its picturesque medieval centre with a selection of good restaurants and cafés as well as a small shop providing everything for your daily needs.
